You don’t see me posting a lot of news articles from Newsmax, but I thought it was important to share this headline.
More and more stories from across the political spectrum say that there’s no basis for claims of widespread fraud in the 2020 election.
Why is this important?
The false allegations about Georgia are responsible for conspiracy theories about our elections that still persist today.
More broadly, the spread of disinformation is going to be one of our biggest challenges in this election year. I hope that more stories like this will help us battle disinformation in the coming months.
But with candidates up and down the ballot spreading mis- and disinformation, we need to be prepared to respond with the truth. I need your help to keep spreading our message (it’s working!).
