John,
Here’s the truth: most college students are not radical leftists.
Like most of the U.S. population, students are usually apolitical and apathetic. However, there is a radical left-wing climate on college campuses that demands obedience to their ideology. DEI departments, Marxist professors, and presidents like ex-Harvard Claudine Gay all contribute to an oppressive culture of left-wing politics on campuses.
The sad effect of left-wing ideological dominance on campuses?
Most students self-censor themselves out of fear of punishment. Their grades could suffer. Their social reputation could suffer. They could even face disciplinary action.
Here’s the solution:
FEE in the Classroom
The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) hosts a special program for high school students called FEE in the Classroom. It’s a day-long seminar, sometimes a weekend, where our faculty goes to schools nationwide to teach high schoolers about free markets, individual liberty, and limited government. FEE teaches students about ideas they would never hear in public schools.
Political beliefs and action are the result of culture and education. That is the precise reason the Left wants to dominate the social arts.
I am humbly asking for your immediate support to help FEE teach over 50,000 students this year in free market economics. Can you donate $10, $20.24, $100, or any amount you can generously afford?

I will send you a copy of Frederic Bastiat’s The Law if you donate $10 or more. If you give $250 or more, I will personally send you a signed copy.
By receiving The Law, you will understand the basic philosophical principles FEE instills in the hearts and minds of high schoolers. The Law is a perfect introduction to the ideas of liberty, stemming from an analysis of the purpose and limits of the law in a free society. It’s my gift to you, so that you understand what we teach with FEE in the Classroom.
I used to smuggle books into Soviet-controlled satellite states like Poland. Soviet police even detained me.
Nowadays, I smuggle the ideas of liberty into high schools across the country!
Do you want to know the best part about FEE in the Classroom?
Students actually enjoy discussing economics! You would never believe it because our public schools coddle students so much.
In a typical day, FEE can teach over 400 students the ideas of free market economics and individual liberty. The best part is that schools enjoy hosting because FEE in the Classroom is FREE of charge.
No taxpayer money goes to FEE in the Classroom.
No charges are levied on the schools to host FEE in the Classroom.
We can provide FEE in the Classroom for free because of generous supporters.
I aim to raise $28,000 online to support FEE’s educational work. I don’t have big corporations supporting FEE. That’s why I’m reaching out to you today.

High school students desperately need to hear the ideas of liberty before they enter college. By equipping students with free market economics and critical thinking skills, we are preparing them for the oppressive climate they’ll face in many universities.
You can be the reason a student discovers Frederic Bastiat, Milton Friedman, or Thomas Sowell.
Thank you,
Lawrence Reed
