Sending a friendly reminder that NVAHA's Lunch & Learn: Housing as an Economic Development Strategy for Virginia, is scheduled for Thursday, February 22 from 12nn - 1pm. We're excited to have Chris McNamara from Virginia Housing join us to present insights from a recent study conducted by Chmura Analytics.

Later that evening, we're hosting a virtual Local Budget Advocacy Workshop, scheduled for Thursday, February 22 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. This session will focus on navigating the advocacy process to secure increased housing resources across all five Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Alice Hogan will provide broad strategies, alongside updates from advocates and organizations in Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William. The session will be available in English and Spanish!
