Rural Without Roots

Doniphan UMC, a church located no more than 10 miles north of the Arkansas border, is in a town of just a couple thousand. The church has a little side room that had improvements made to it, so it could be used for choir rehearsal and more recently this room has been opened as a shelter for those in need. “We believe that every church has within them the size and ability to do the ministry God is calling them to do,” Doniphan UMC Pastor Rev.
