Thank you to all the Young Democrats who helped CYD-endorsed candidates ([link removed]) in San Diego last weekend get-out-the-vote (GOTV)! This Sunday, February 25 at 10am we will be organizing to GOTV for Jessica Caloza for State Assembly in Glendale. Sign-up now ([link removed]) to let us know you’re joining us!

Grants: I am excited to share the CYD Executive Board has approved a grant program to support CYD chapters needing financial assistance for organizing and growing chapter membership and participation. CYD chapters raising and spending less than $6,000 annually are encouraged to apply for a grant up to $250 to boost your chapter membership organizing efforts! Carefully review all of the details and apply now for a 2024 CYD Chapter Membership Building Grant ([link removed]) !

Fundraising Help: CYD is offering regional fundraising consultation workshops via Zoom with CYD’s Executive Director in order to help brainstorm and maximize your fundraising success. Reach out to your CYD Regional Director ([link removed]) to schedule a Zoom workshop, especially if you’re planning or have an upcoming chapter fundraising event!

Retreat Registration: The deadline for early registration ([link removed]) for the 2024 CYD Post-Primary Organizing Retreat ([link removed]) in Lake Tahoe is fast approaching! Save money and register now for $75 ([link removed]) per person before registration increases to $100!
