One California Representative believes that it’s time to be realistic about what [minimum wage ]([link removed])looks like. Keep in mind that the average person earning minimum wage has no job experience and no degree. For years, this was the wage that you would pay teens for their first job or for those learning a new trade.

Representative Barbara Lee, who is currently vying for Feinstein’s open Senate seat, believes that the minimum wage should be raised to $50 an hour. What’s unbelievable is that she actually has a defense of why this is a must.
