I know Washington hasn’t exactly been the most functional place recently, but I wanted to take a moment and tell you about some of the progress we’ve made despite some of the far-right’s consistent chaos.

When I first came to the Senate, one of my top priorities was making health care more affordable — and that’s exactly what we’ve fought for since day one. Let me explain:
* We helped reduce health care costs for seniors and allowed Medicare to finally negotiate with suppliers of certain prescription drugs — keeping more cash in seniors’ pockets.
* We introduced the Rural Health Innovation Act , a bipartisan bill that would increase access to health care in rural and underserved areas across the country.
* We introduced the Emerging Pathogen Preparedness Program Authorization Act , another bipartisan bill that would improve regulatory oversight of medical countermeasures for future pandemics — and keep Coloradans safe.
Coloradans deserve real solutions from their government, not dysfunction and extremism. Will you chip in today to help me continue to deliver investments, opportunities, and progress to families across Colorado?
