Hi John,
At Dream.Org, we know those closest to the problem — like those impacted
by our current problematic criminal legal system — are often the ones with
the best ideas to reform them. Yet, not everybody knows exactly how to
turn their ideas into actual change. [ [link removed] ]That's why we created the [ [link removed] ]Dream
Justice Cohort: a four-month, immersive training program designed for
upcoming or aspiring justice-impacted leaders committed to reshaping the
criminal legal system.
Why join?
Be part of a legacy of success. Previous cohort graduates have played key
roles in historic victories, including the passage of Dignity for
Incarcerated Women, Juvenile Sentencing Reform in Washington, Public
Health & Safety in Kentucky, fines & fees reform in Arkansas, and many
more!
What to expect?
Our engaging and dynamic training sessions cover a broad spectrum of
skills, ensuring participants gain not only theoretical knowledge but also
real-world application in the following areas:
* Building an organizing strategy
* Legislative advocacy
* Understanding Policy
* Strategies to escalate campaigns over time
* Digital organizing using social media, virtual events, and other
online tools
* Graphic design and content calendar building
* Spokesperson and media training, and more!
