Allegheny Link is a one-stop shop for shelters and affordable housing needs in the county. It works with chronically unhoused people, like Stephanie Brock and her partner Laura Jordan, to find them permanent living options.

Brock has bounced from couch surfing to a women's shelter and now a house in McKees Rocks with mold and sagging floors on the verge of condemnation.

Economic development reporter Eric Jankiewicz highlights Brock's journey navigating local housing services, shedding light on the difficult decisions faced by both service providers and unhoused individuals in Allegheny County.
