We have a rare opportunity to cancel a government contract with one of the country's WORST factory farms and spare hundreds of puppies from cruel and unusual torture. Please continue reading or unsubscribe.
Taxpayer—
$1.30.
That’s the contribution I’m HUMBLY asking you to make before our deadline at midnight tonight. Just $1.30. One time. Before midnight. Please.
$1.30 because we shouldn’t be rewarding one of the WORST puppy mills in the country with MORE of our tax dollars.
$1.30 because even if we change the destiny of just one beagle from a painful death in an NIH lab to belly rubs in a loving home—it’s worth it.
$1.30 because you will expose this taxpayer-funded abuse to a stranger and get them to make noise in the halls of Capitol Hill.
Today, more than 400 dog lovers have given their $1.30. However, we are still short of fully funding our rapid response budget to CANCEL Marshall Farms’ government contract.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
You give. We win. They Survive.

P.S. White Coat Waste Project (WCW) is the ONLY group to close a government dog lab in almost two decades. And we’re not just effective at ending painful dog experiments.
Our winning campaigns also ensure lab survivors are retired and adopted out to the taxpayers that paid for them, and not just slaughtered by lazy bureaucrats (believe it or not, killing healthy dogs after experimentation was the standard operating procedure for government white coats before WCW got involved.)
Taxpayer, if you care about this cause, I promise you there is no better organization to invest your donations. Thanks again for your consideration.
Perhaps you’ve heard of Marshall Farms—the scandal-ridden profiteer that mass-breeds puppies in disgusting conditions and then sells them to U.S. government laboratories.
And perhaps you remember the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) horrific blood poisoning lab… where white coats pump DEADLY BACTERIA into beagles’ lungs and stuff their bodies in refrigerators.
Taxpayer, we should not be forced to pay Marshall’s negligent profiteers to breed and abuse puppies for the NIH’s experiments… especially when they have a track record like THIS:
"Violations often flag inadequate veterinary care or poor living conditions that leave dogs standing in their own filth in wire cages."

Now, here’s the opportunity: Marshall Farms’ beagle contract with the NIH is up for renewal starting TODAY. This is our best chance to cancel it and save hundreds of puppies from septic shock torture.
Taxpayer, here’s what you need to know:
Taxpayer, YOU pay the IRS thousands of dollars every year... but Marshall Farms cashes the check!
It’s an egregious misuse of your tax dollars. So, WCW is launching a Rapid Response Campaign on your behalf to cancel the contract, de-fund Marshall Farms, and change the destinies of hundreds of beagle puppies.
But to get the job done, we must fully fund our budget. Taxpayer, will you please pitch in?
Let’s be clear about something: NIH isn’t following the science. It’s following the money!
Let’s be clear about another thing: taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to pay big-money profiteers—like Marshall Farms—who abuse puppies and other animals!
Taxpayer, if you agree, please support all our life-saving campaigns and help us de-fund Marshall Farms before they ink a new contract with the NIH and send a truckload of fresh beagle puppies to die painfully at the hands of government bureaucrats in white coats.
You Give. We Win. They Survive.
