Running for office was never in the cards for Brian. Throughout his life, he was always proud to serve behind the scenes in whichever way he could — both as a service member and as a trauma surgeon. But as he saw crises around him, he realized that passing legislation to bring solutions was the ultimate way he could serve his community and make a difference.

The end goal of running for TX-32 isn't to advance his career, boost his ego, or add "Congressman" to his resume — he’s running to pass legislation and build a better future for the community he calls home.
