The dignity and rights of immigrants have always been so important to me as the daughter of immigrants, and I will not be intimidated to stop supporting the amazing communities that help make the American melting pot a reality.
I believe a diverse nation is a strong one, and Donald Trump can’t stand that. He has a long history of using his bigotry to attack leaders like me, so I have a feeling he’ll do it again.
I’m going to be honest with you, folks. We have to get ahead NOW in case he attacks again.
After all, a pro-immigrant Black woman being re-elected? Donald Trump would be infuriated.
