As we commemorate Presidents’ Day today, it's an opportunity for us to reflect on the remarkable leadership of past Presidents and the enduring principles they upheld. In particular, we pay tribute to two giants of American history - President Abraham Lincoln and President George Washington.

President Lincoln, through his steadfast resolve during one of our nation's darkest periods, preserved the Union and championed the cause of freedom for all Americans. His unwavering commitment to equality and justice continues to inspire generations.

President Washington, our nation's first leader, set a standard of integrity, humility, and service that remains a guiding light for all who follow. His leadership during our nation's founding years laid the groundwork for the freedoms we cherish today.

On this Presidents’ Day, let's honor the legacies of Lincoln and Washington by rededicating ourselves to the values of liberty, unity, and opportunity. Let's strive to emulate their courage, wisdom, and humility as we work together to build a brighter future for our great state of New Hampshire and America.
