Everywhere I’ve gone, people have told me personal stories about why they support an assault weapons ban, abortion rights, affordable health care, and so much more.
For me, it’s a powerful reminder that this race isn’t about scoring political points or winning power in DC.
This race is about fighting for real people and the issues that matter to them — and I’m committed to being a leader who delivers for those who call Texas home.
But a true grassroots campaign requires more than just a few thousand miles out on the road, John. It also requires steadfast support from folks like you.
