Folks,

Education is neither affordable nor attainable for everyone. But anyone who wants to further their education shouldn’t have to bear the burden of financial stress.

Many students, especially graduate students, have to work in addition to school just to afford the cost of living. But grad workers aren’t always compensated fairly for their work.

That’s why Haley introduced an amendment to the College Cost Reduction Act that allows graduate students to organize and collectively bargain under the National Labor Relations Act.

During challenging circumstances, we have to show grad students that we want them to succeed. Supporting their rights to unionize for better wages and stronger benefits is how we start.

As a member of the Education & Labor committee in the House, Haley will continuously stand up on behalf of student workers. But as a representative from Michigan, she has a target on her back.

Haley’s track record proves she gets things done in Congress, so no matter what lies the GOP spreads about her record, we can’t get swept up in their dirty games. Will you chip in $25 today to help Haley hold MI-11 and get Democrats closer to a House majority? [[link removed]]

Republicans are aiming to sweep across the board this year, but they won’t win if we organize against them early on.
