Representative Youakim is holding a town hall Saturday, 2/24 from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM. The event will take place at Hopkins Public Library, 22 11th Ave N, Hopkins .
With session starting just around the corner, now is the time to show up and let your legislators know how important ranked choice voting is to you and that you want them to help lead in passing a local options bill that would give all local jurisdictions the choice to adopt RCV if they wish!
Our aim this session is to pass the local options bill, which Secretary of State Steve Simon and the League of Women Voters support. We need your help to get it over the finish line.
As a supporter, you know that RCV is an important and urgent reform. Passing the Local Options bill is a big step in helping sustain the momentum for RCV statewide. Now is the time. Please attend, let them know Ranked Choice Voting is a priority for you, and urge them to support our local option legislation this session to advance RCV in Minnesota.
