Get creative to keep moving while inside! Remember, exercise helps kids regulate emotions and behavior.

Go outside if you can, while maintaining social distance and following local guidelines

Raise heart rates with indoor exercise like calisthenics or push-ups

Turn on some music and throw a "dance party" that is aerobic and fun for kids
