Why Was The Kolstad's Minor Daughter Sent to Canada Without Parental Consent Or Knowledge?
Sources close to the Kolstad family informed the Montana Sentinel [ [link removed] ] that their daughter was moved to Canada without parental consent, and without the parents being told. The parents were notified on Monday, February 5, 2024 that their daughter was in Canada with her birth mother - after she has already been moved from her location in Billings, Montana at the Youth Challenge Academy. The same sources informed the Sentinel that the birth mother, who resides in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada has not been involved in their daughter's life for over seven years.

Representative Tanner Smith, a candidate for Governor, recently made an official statement on this case: [ [link removed] ]   [ [link removed] ]
“What happened in this case is a tragedy that could have been avoided. The state legislature and I passed HB37 which would have required a judge's warrant to remove a child. That would have been another set of eyes on a case and checks and balances on a rogue CPS worker…. Governor Gianforte vetoed that bill? I voted YES to put parents’ 1st and CPS employees and the State Government 2nd. When it comes to parental rights there is no greater advocate than me.”
A widespread grassroots petition in British Columbia is gaining momentum as concerned citizens call for an investigation into a doctor accused of providing controversial "gender therapy" to minors. [ [link removed] ] Dr. Wong, the focus of the petition, has come under scrutiny for allegedly encouraging fake claims of suicidal thoughts and attempts as a means for minors to access gender transition treatments.
The petition sheds light on Wong's assertion that a suicide threat could be an effective strategy to navigate the system, attributing the challenges to the government while urging advocates to instigate change. Perhaps The Montana Child Protective Services (CPS) has referenced Dr. Wong's radical suggestions for advocacy.
Dr. Wong's significant role as a trusted figure within the British Columbia Ministry of Children and Family, responsible for diagnosing more than 10 to 20 percent of local children in government care as needing his "gender therapy," raises alarming questions. Culture Guard President Kari Simpson expresses concerns that Wong may have used his relationship with the ministry to influence a significant portion of children in government care.
Wong himself admitted to starting his practice in 2010 with only "four clients at the ministry," but over the years, the demand for his services skyrocketed. With "more than 500 kids, [with] just the Ministry alone," Wong suggests that the surge in demand for gender therapy services is occurring at an unexpected pace.
The petition brings attention to the case of Jennifer Kolstad, now residing in Canada, who is at high risk of life-altering permanent harm from minor transgender treatments. Jennifer has reportedly received chest binders and consulted on hormone treatment to halt her menstrual cycle, potentially falling under the supervision of the same B.C. Ministry of Family and Child Development that allows Dr. Wong to influence a significant percentage of children in their care.
