Embark on a journey of understanding and advocacy this Black History Month with our latest research brief, “Black LGBTQ+ Young People and the Injustice of Discrimination.”

This illuminating study delves into the unique challenges faced by Black LGBTQ+ young people, exploring the intersections of race, gender, and sexual orientation. Just over one in five (21%) Black transgender, nonbinary, or questioning young people reported a suicide attempt in the past year, highlighting the urgent need for support and affirmation within this community.

Take time today to read the full research brief and honor the resilience and contributions of Black communities and LGBTQ+ individuals. Let's amplify their voices and advocate for justice and support.
