When we say Wall Street corporations are teaming up with MAGA politicians to repeal the New Deal, we’re not kidding. Union-busting corporations from SpaceX to Amazon to Trader Joe’s are asserting that the National Labor Relations Board, established by FDR in 1935, is unconstitutional.
If the Supreme Court rules in their favor, big business won’t be satisfied. They will keep turning to the corrupt Supreme Court in the hopes of achieving policy gains that they can’t win at the ballot box.
That’s why Social Security Works is standing in solidarity with Trader Joe’s United, the independent union of Trader Joe’s crew workers, against this corporate-funded attack on the New Deal.

The ultra-rich won’t rest until they’ve destroyed everything that stands in their way from sucking all the money out of working people’s pockets. That means unions, Social Security, Medicare, minimum wage, and child labor laws are all in their crosshairs. And the only way we can save all of these vital policies is by standing together in solidarity.
If the Supreme Court sides with Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos against workers, it will undo nearly 90 years of New Deal precedent. That’s about as long as our Social Security system has existed.
