About the job
The primary role of the Program Support Supervisor 2 is to supervise staff and oversee/coordinate the day-to-day Presort section of operations. Some of the responsibilities will be to perform evaluations, initiate corrective action, train staff, and provide feedback on other Consolidated Mail Services (CMS) staff to appropriate supervisors. Responsibilities include planning and prioritizing work to meet both internal and external customer expectations. This position works professionally and collaboratively to solve issues or assists customers in contacting CMS staff who can promptly resolve problems.
Full-Time | Permanent
Monday - Friday | 10:30am - 7pm
