This past Friday, over 100 guests from all parts of California and across the nation—from Alaska to Florida, from Oregon to North Carolina—joined us live for our first-ever Virtual Fireside Chat ([link removed][UNIQID]) . We are excited to announce our next event in the series ([link removed][UNIQID]) :
On Friday, March 27th at 12:00pm PT, join special guest, Assemblymember Reggie Jones-Sawyer, Chair of the California Assembly’s Public Safety Committee, and host and Executive Director Sam Lewis, to talk about the state response to COVID-19. The two will chat about the safety and health of all people who live and work in prison and will also read letters from individuals currently incarcerated. There will also be a live Q&A session toward the end of the event.

All of us at ARC, along with our allies and advocates, are doing our part to ensure that our community is safe and that vital ARC services—from housing to advocacy to workforce development—proceed uninterrupted.
