Over the weekend, Governor Kemp delivered remarks at Washington and Lee University’s Mock Convention, a 112-year tradition considered to be one of the most accurate mock presidential nominating conventions in the nation. 
 
Governor Kemp’s message was clear. 
 
Joe Biden is asleep at the podium and incapable of doing his job as president.  

The border is wide open, our economy is forcing American families to make choices between basic necessities, and his administration has declared war on the American Dream.
