John xxxxxx --

Yesterday saw two fantastic Labour victories in the Tory strongholds of
Wellingborough and Kingswood.

To everyone who volunteered their time and donated to the campaigns, thank you.
I hope that you can reflect and take pride this weekend on how you played your
part to affect political change in our country.

But while we celebrate, we must not lose focus. The greatest challenge, and
believe me, it will be an enormous challenge, remains ahead of us all.

The country is crying out for change. Wherever you look, things aren't working.
Voters know that the Tories have failed – with Rishi's recession being the
latest blow for people across the country.

Now, voters are looking towards a changed Labour Party for the change that they
need.

The general election campaign won’t be easy, it will be tough. The Tories will
be a very well funded campaign machine when the time does come.

That’s why we need to make sure we have the resources to compete across the
country. We must be able to get our message out there and earn Labour votes day
in, day out.

If you believe that Britain needs its future back, I am asking you to make a
contribution to Labour today to help us win this year’s general election and end
the fourteen years of Tory failure:

The Tories have changed the spending rules for this election and we cannot shy
away from this. Their intention is do everything they can to stop us competing
in this general election by throwing huge sums at the campaign.

But I know that we won’t let that deter us and we will face up to the challenge.

We cannot take our foot off the pedal, not this year. There is just too much at
stake.

The next Labour government depends on all of us, John xxxxxx. Donate today.

Thank you,

Keir Starmer
Leader of the Labour Party
