The reason the federal Special Counsel who declared that Joe Biden “willfully retained” secret government documents declined to charge him? Because they found that he’s a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory…” 

So while Joe Biden’s Department of Justice continues its legal persecution campaign against President Trump for the same supposed thing, the sitting Chief Executive of the United States is given a pass for being “well-meaning” and “elderly… with a poor memory.” 

It’s one thing to be outraged about the blatant legal hypocrisy in favor of President Biden -- but can it be any better that the reason not to pursue justice is because he’s not competent enough to be held responsible? 

Despite this, Joe Biden angrily attacked the fact he’d been asked about things he couldn’t remember -- like when he’d been Vice President.  

He then proceeded, in the same speech, to identify visiting Egyptian leader Abdel Fattah el-Sisi as “the President of Mexico.”

Even liberal media outlets like CNN admitted he made at least three false claims in his bitter attempt at a public rebuttal. And NBC actually revealed the results of their poll which showed that almost 9 in 10 of respondents believed “that President Joe Biden lacks the physical and mental health for a second term.” 

If the future was in your hands, Friend, you’d know that neither Joe Biden’s disastrous record -- or his questionable competency -- justifies his continued presence in the White House, but we know we must win this battle at the polls this pivotal 2024 Election Year.
