As tragedies continue to unfold across the country, Congressional Republicans continue to demonstrate how unwilling they are to take seriously the issues surrounding gun violence in this country.
The House has already passed several bills months ago that would take important steps towards addressing issues related to gun violence, but McConnell refuses to even bring these bills to the floor of the Senate for a fair vote.
Why? Because Congressional Republicans still enjoy a cozy relationship with the NRA and stand ready to do their bidding – over the lives of countless Americans who are lost each year due to gun violence.
We can no longer stand idly by while people are dying – in places of worship, movie theaters, stores, parks, festivals, concerts, workplaces, and in our schools.
Tell Republicans in the Senate to pass common-sense gun reform NOW!>>
It's time to put an end to the NRA's stronghold.
