Blacks and
Hispanics are the top crime victims.
Safe streets are a civil right.
Dallas: where criminals thrive and businesses leave.
Black and Hispanic
Murder Victims Surpass 2023 Numbers
Crime statistics for the first two
months of this year prove the Dallas City Council’s Woke policies fail
to protect citizens. According to the City of Dallas, out of the 24
murders documented this year, 91% of the victims were Black or Hispanic.
Non-white residents are consistently recorded at the top of the list
in crime statistics. This is a direct consequence of the Leftist belief
that it is racist to police non-white areas. Rather than hiring more
police officers, the Leftist council members chase the fabled “equitable
solutions” to combat crime, which just allows their communities to
continue to be slaughtered.
Dallas City Council has the power to end
the bloodshed. By the City’s estimate, DPD is understaffed by roughly
1,000 officers. The Dallas Police Department needs to go from 3,000 to
4,000 officers as soon as possible.
Our understaffed police
department does not have the bandwidth to deter crime. Officers on duty
are forced to chase the radio for their shift and cannot address
violations committed right in front of them, like urban camping or
panhandling.
Fully funding the police department is one of the most
fundamental responsibilities of the city council.
Contact your
council member and implore them to abandon the Woke policies that are
destroying our city and support our DPD officers!

Dallas City Councilwoman Cara Mendelsohn's
Home Vandalized
One of the foremost advocates for Dallas's public
safety has been terrorized for her beliefs this past weekend.
Palestine-supporting Leftists vandalized her home with antisemitic
writings and piles of fake babies. Dallas City Council's public safety
failures have allowed this disgusting Leftist public display to happen.
This should be a wake-up call for the Council members who refuse to get
on board with improving public safety.

 "Let-em-go Creuzot" Drops More
Charges For Criminals
Charges have been dropped for a criminal who was
allegedly stealing animals from Dallas Zoo exhibits. District Attorney
Creuzot believes that the charges should be dropped in “the interest of
justice.” Dallas’s city council refuses to take crime seriously and
hire more police officers, and the District Attorney refuses to do his
job by prosecuting criminals. The crisis of crime and public safety
will never be solved until elected officials begin to do their jobs.

 Dallas’s Human Trafficking Problem Persists
A weak
southern border is a disaster for cities with a relaxed attitude toward
criminal justice. The combination has turned Dallas into a hub for
human trafficking. This story is yet another example of the abject
failure of Woke pro-crime policies. Dallas’s City Council MUST
reconsider their support for weak law enforcement policies.

Tracking Illegal Camps:
[link removed] Each week the KDS team drives its planned
route through Dallas photo-documenting illegal encampments to inform
the city of these locations. Our team livestreams these activities
giving the community a first-hand look at the vagrancy crisis in
Dallas.
In this stream, we stood in front of Dallas City Hall and
counted nearly 30 vagrants breaking the law out in the open.

  District 2 Councilman
Jesse Moreno's
"Farmer's Market Camp"
This camp in Jesse Moreno’s
District 2 has been dubbed “Farmer’s Market Camp.” This camp is between
two residential lots, with multiple businesses in the Farmers Market
District. How would you feel with this directly outside of your home?
The City Council must act now to solve this crisis.
 District 7
Councilman Adam Bazaldua
"MLK Camp"
This camp in Adam Bazaldua’s
District 7 has earned the title “MLK Camp.” This camp is found on MLK
Jr. Boulevard and is one of the most dangerous parts of the city. City
workers have done little to take care of the problem, and residents of
the area hardly feel safe with this in their neighborhood. New
developments and businesses in the area suffer when illegal vagrant
camps are allowed to flourish.
 District 10 Councilwoman Kathy
Stewart
"Taco Bell Camp"
We named this camp in Kathy Stewart’s
District 10 “Taco Bell Camp.” This is an incredibly brazen violation of
the City’s urban camping ban. Would you feel safe entering this Taco
Bell and leaving your car parked there? Shameless defiance of our
City’s laws such as this proves that the leadership in our city does
not take crime seriously.

Statement:
Keep Dallas Safe exists to address crime and homelessness
in Dallas with the goal of transforming Dallas into the safest large
city in Texas for residents and businesses. We aim to have a City
Council that prioritizes crime rate which directly determines the
quality of life in Dallas. We do this by fighting against the "defund
the police" movement, holding accountable our city leaders' efforts
towards lowering district crime rates, and highlighting our city's
homelessness problems by pushing for enforcement of the prohibition of
urban camping.
