As spring sports season begins, 'Know the Laws', in place that #SaveWomensSports!

SB15, which went into effect in 2023, is a simple law that requires athletes at the collegiate level to compete on the sports team that aligns with their biological sex as listed on their birth certificate. This law is in alignment with the original Title IX law passed in 1972, protecting students from discrimination based on “sex”.
