FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

**MAUPIN ROAD #43810 WILL BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC AT MILEPOST 1.278 FEBRUARY 21 AND FEBRUARY 22, 2024.**

*Skagit County crews will be replacing a failed culvert on Maupin Road west of Fir Island Road and adjacent to the Department of Fish and Wildlife's Jensen Access to the Skagit Wildlife Area on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 and Thursday, February 22, 2024. The Jensen Access will also be closed.*

*The road will be closed to all vehicles, including emergency vehicles. *


* The Detour Route will be via Fir Island Road and Rawlins Road for both Directions.
