Team,

Last night, Mississippi made national news for all the wrong reasons, again:

This pandemic is hurting everyone across this country. It is important that our leaders take immediate action to protect public health and ensure a speedy financial recovery for all of the workers who are being hit hardest by this pandemic.

Mike has been outspoken very early in this crisis, calling for stricter measures to protect public health and support the working families that are being most impacted by this crisis. Mike is also leading by example by choosing to suspend all public and private campaign events soon after our March 10th primary and having staff work remotely.

To help fight this pandemic, Mike has called for:

*
Statewide
shutdown
and
closure
orders
to
ensure
a
unified
response;
*
Expanded
paid
leave
and
unemployment
benefits;
*
Immediately
working
to
expand
MEDICAID
IN
MISSISSIPPI
in
order
to
help
ensure
more
people
have
access
to
health
care,
especially
those
in
the
Medicaid
gap,
who
are
most
likely
to
have
just
been
laid
off
or
furloughed.

Mississippians and local leaders have been stepping up in a big way to fight this pandemic, but they need a leader like Mike in the Senate to have their backs.

Will you chip in $10, $25, $50 or whatever you can afford to make sure Mississippi has a senator that will protect ALL Mississippians?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your contribution will go through immediately:
