The MCDC took a vote of municipal chairs, executive board and state committee members and we have unanimously agreed to postpone our County Committee elections by a year until June of 2021. The current terms are extended by a year and chairs can still appoint people to vacancies and accept resignations of people who no longer wish to serve. CC petitions no longer need to be filed by March 30th. Any CC petitions filed already will be disregarded. We believe this is the best case scenario in order to best protect the health of our community and allow proper time for committees to be reorganized. Thank you to all for working with us amid the public health crisis.

Please also note: The Candidate training that was scheduled for this Saturday March 28th is cancelled. The training will be modified to be in a virtual setting. Notice will be given.
