The regrant awards were made possible by a grant that Gamaliel received from the JPB Foundation. We were able to award more than $350,000 to these affiliates to do one or both of the following:
- build affiliate Integrated Voter Engagement infrastructure and capacity, and/or
- build out an In-Prison Relational Voter Program.
In addition, the money allowed us to hire Rev. David Gerth as our first National Integrated Voter Engagement Organizer.
If you have questions about the awards, contact Rev. Cynthia Jarrold, Sr. Advisor
for Funding Strategies and External Affairs, and watch for updates about how the work is going over the course of this next year!
Join me in congratulating the affiliate awardees named above!
In solidarity,
Ana Garcia-Ashley, Executive Director
