DACA protects hundreds of thousands of “Dreamers” — immigrants who were brought to the United States as children, and have been living, working, earning an education, paying taxes, and building a life and community. If the program is eliminated, hundreds of thousands could be sent back to countries they’re not familiar with.

23 Dem AGs joined together in an amicus brief to push back on the effort to eliminate DACA. Dreamers deserve to live free from fear for their futures, and Dem AGs are here to help.
