Patriot,

Thanks to your continued pressure, House Speaker Mike Johnson was
forced to abandon his plan to have a vote this week to renew and
expand the Deep State's 702 surveillance powers.

Midway through the House Rules Committee meeting yesterday, the
FISA renewal bill was pulled . . . because Johnson saw the
writing on the wall.

That's the good news.

But I'm afraid I have bad news, too.

The House is now out of town until February 28.

And once Congress returns to Washington, the agenda will be
dominated by back-to-back government funding deadlines, the
ongoing threat of a government shutdown amid a fight over the
border and spending levels, and maybe even the $95 BILLION
supplemental aid for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

By the time they get through all that, we'll start hearing the
situation regarding Section 702 is an "emergency" . . . something
needs to be passed immediately before the mid-April expiration.
The dance will begin again.

It's the same old story every single time.

Still, you helped hold the line, and we are so grateful for
everything you've done to contact your lawmakers.

But now it's time to double down, increase the pressure, and let
your lawmakers know we will not be satisfied until they END
warrantless mass surveillance for good.

The Deep State is RIGHT NOW twisting arms to ensure their power
remains intact, which is why it's so CRITICAL you and I continue
to grow our forces and push back!
