Dear John – 

 

For decades, Minnesota's 8th Congressional district was a Democratic stronghold–a place where labor, small businesses and communities worked together. But in the last few years, extreme MAGA Republicans have invaded, just like in other rural areas across the country. These Republicans talk like they support rural America, but all they deliver are broken promises.

 

MAGA extremists have no plan to invest in working families and pose a serious threat to our democracy, our rights, and our future. That's why I'm so glad that Jen Schultz has once again stepped up to run for Congress against Pete Stauber. She has my full support, and I hope she'll have yours too.

 

I worked alongside Jen in the Minnesota House, and I saw firsthand how hardworking and effective she is. This is the kind of leadership that families and communities in the 8th can count on. Because Bemidji has always been my home, I won't stand by while our communities are decimated by extremist policies. That's why I'm asking you to join me in giving Jen your support.
