When you receive it, fill it in, sign it, and drop it off at a mailbox on your way to work, on your daily walk, or when dropping the kids off at school. February is Spay/Neuter Awareness Month, and the County of Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control has opportunities for pet owners to spay and neuter their pets at a reduced cost.
