PublicSource impact alert 🚨

Pittsburgh's City Planning Commission plans to hold its first in-person meeting since the early pandemic after PublicSource urged it to comply with state law, requiring it to host public meetings in person ([link removed]) .

Since October, PublicSource has been seeking in-person access to meetings of public bodies that have remained in virtual-only mode. State authorization to hold meetings remotely expired in mid-2021.

The City Planning Commission plans to hold a hybrid virtual and in-person hearing on Feb. 20 regarding a tiny houses proposal to address homelessness.
