Just in time for Valentine's Day, Republicans in Congress are set to bring a bill to the floor this week that would lift the pause on liquified natural gas (LNG) exports.
This would be essentially giving the fossil fuel industry a gift for Valentine’s Day.
This issue has gained immense attention ever since President Biden put a pause on approving more LNG exports so we could study the impact they have on our climate.
More than 65 climate and environmental organizations - including SEEC PAC - have expressed strong support for Biden’s LNG export approval pause. We cannot allow fossil fool Republicans to take away our hard-fought progress.
