In the days and weeks ahead we will undoubtedly face many challenges, but as a nation we must work together to overcome these hardships.

Here in New York we worked together to expand testing and hospital bed capacity, get supplies to essential employees, postpone mortgage payments and income tax collection.

Speaking with Joe Piscopo, I discussed our push to get Mayor de Blasio to freeze collection of property taxes and water bills and the need to better protect city workers from COVID-19.

But even during an emergency situation, we shockingly see those attempting to use our current crisis to push their radical agenda. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley pushed for the release of prisoners. Nancy Pelosi has held up the bi-partisan Emergency Bill that would aid small businesses and provide relief for American families with her attempts to include controversial policy not related to Coronavirus relief efforts.

Earlier this week, I told Breitbart that this is a time for our country to come together. We’re seeing President Trump and Governor Cuomo work together and, locally, Republicans and Democrats are unified in helping our community overcome this crisis.
