We Donated to Fight the Coronavirus

Our campaign is donating to several organizations throughout Missouri dealing with the Coronavirus outbreak, and we hope, if you can, you'll join us at EladGross.org/covid ([link removed]) .

I'm asking you to donate. But not to me.

Last quarter, we received $250 in anonymous campaign contributions. Most of you know we do not accept anonymous donations (search "Elad" and "dark money" and you'll understand why ([link removed]) very quickly). So we donate it to the community.

I've spent a lot of time on the phone helping Missourians coordinate responses to the virus outbreak. So many people are doing such great work, and this list could have gone on for days.

Here's where we donated:

1) Joplin - Mercy Health Foundation. The foundation - with locations throughout Missouri - is performing an extremely important service right now to make sure health care workers have the protective equipment they need.

2) Springfield - The Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield for providing access to food to our kids.

3) Springfield - Discovery Center Springfield for providing child care for our first responders.

4) Sikeston - The SEMO Food Bank.

5) Central and Northeast Missouri - The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri.

6) Kansas City and surrounding counties - The Kansas City Regional COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund, which is helping with housing support, food insecurity, health care access, and other services.

7) St. Louis - PotBangerz - Feed The Body Mission for serving unhoused members of the St. Louis community.

8) St. Louis - Jewish Family & Children Services for providing a wide range of support to the entire community, including food, mental health services, and preventing child abuse.

* Elad published a plan to protect Missourians' right to vote during the Coronavirus outbreak. The plan includes recommendations for our Secretary of State, Attorney General, and Governor to ensure safe absentee voting. * We launched the #EladPod, a weekly live show with special guests, news, games, and "Mr. E's Mysteries," an activity you can do at home with kids. You can watch the full episode ([link removed]) online with special guests Anna Wingo and Liz Wright who are organizing St. Louis resources or just tune in for our kid's activity ([link removed]) . We air on Saturdays at 1 PM!
