Happy Valentines Day, John!
It's Jonathan, the Deputy Executive Director of the Kansas Dems.
And during the shortest month of the year, we're sending a short message – and taking a look at some of the smallest gaps between vote counts in the 2022 Kansas House of Representatives races:
🔴 District 28, 0.58%
🔵 District 15, 1.36%
🔵 District 49, 1.54%
🔴 District 30, 1.58%
🔴 District 88, 1.92%
🔵 District 14, 2%
🔴 District 39, 2.08%
🔵 District 48, 2.66%
🔴 District 117, 2.88%
🔴 District 41, 3.2%
And those are just the first 10 on the list!
These legislative race margins are getting thinner and thinner, which means we are so close to breaking the Supermajority, but we also can’t afford to lose any Democratic-held seats either. That’s why we need a strong grassroots team stepping up right now to support this work early.
John, can you chip in to help the Kansas Democrats continue mobilizing across Kansas, recruiting and training candidates, and securing wins to finally break the Supermajority in 2024? [[link removed]]
