First off, I want to wish you all a very happy Valentine’s Day!

While I am reaching out to ask you to chip in $24 before our mid-month deadline, in honor of Valentine’s Day, I also want to share the things I love about the great state of Wisconsin (in no particular order):

1. It’s the best place to get real cheese curds 🧀
2. We’re one of the top states for public education (thank you Governor Evers!)
3. We make old fashioneds the right way
4. All of our sports teams are great!
5. We get to experience all four seasons, all the time
6. Our state is full of close-knit, diverse, welcoming communities ❤️
7. We have the best beer in the country 🍺
8. Wisconsinites are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet
9. It’s the birthplace of progressive politics
10. It’s the home of millions of passionate people determined to fight for their state

When I go to work with the incredible team of staff and supporters that make up the WisDems, that’s what I’m thinking about, friend.

That’s the state I love, and it’s the state I’m fighting to protect.
