Hi team,

It’s Valentine's Day, which means I get to tell one of my favorite stories about Callie.

The year is 2004 (exactly 20 years ago today) – the spot is her parents' kitchen.

We were in the middle of making chocolate chip cookies when I proposed to Callie.

The way she tells it, she had a mouthful of raw cookie dough when I got down on one knee.

But what I remember most about that day – more than the ring I hoped was good enough or the surprised look on her face — was how certain I was that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with Callie.

Looking back at it now, it's hard to process that 20 years have gone by since she said yes. Callie is still the energetic, tenacious, gritty girl on the track team I proposed to two decades ago. I knew then — as I know now — that Callie's got my back 100%, and she never gives up fighting for what she believes in.

So today and every day, she's my Valentine.

To help me celebrate this special day, will you chip in $20 in celebration of the 20 years?

Thanks,

Matt
