Hi friend,

It might not seem entirely clear why a completely flippable congressional race in AZ is so closely tied to Putin.  But it is.  

While the Senate just passed a bill to provide aid to Ukraine, House Speaker and MAGA extremist Mike Johnson has indicated he won't bring Ukraine funding to the House floor.  gThat's right, for purely political reasons the party formerly known as the GOP is supporting Putin's murderous agression in Ukraine.  The way we stop this from happening again and again is to make sure Democrats take back the House in 2024. And my race is a linchpin for that change.

Make no mistake about it — Democacy is on the ballot this year.  Not only in the United States but in countries around the world.  This congressional race was the 6th closest in the country in 2022 and we desperately need to flip this seat if we want to assist Ukraine and our fellow NATO members — countries that are actual democracies.
