The general election doesn't start in July 2020.

If we want to win this race and restore unity to our country, we have to build a winning infrastructure now.

That's why I'm reaching out today to ask you to split a donation between our campaign and the DNC's Democratic Unity Fund. Can you chip in to ensure that whoever we pick as our nominee has the resources they need to take on Trump and the Republicans $180 million warchest?

It's going to take all of us pitching in across the country to retake the White House and put our country back on the right track.

The DNC's Unity fund makes sure our party has the resources to make critical investments in data, technology, and cybersecurity to ensure the integrity of our campaigns and help candidates connect to voters.

In races up and down the ballot -- the DNC has a role in helping Democrats win. They're preparing for the fight ahead by training the next generation of campaign staff and building a DNC War Room to hold Trump accountable for his lies while the Democratic campaigns for president are focused on the primary.

We're working hard every day to make sure that Joe Biden is the candidate who will take on Trump during the general election -- but we need to make sure we're also putting in the effort to build up a Democratic Party that is strong enough to meet the challenges ahead.

So: I'm asking you again. Will you donate today to elect Joe Biden and support Democrats across the country? Your donation will be automatically split between our campaign and the DNC Unity Fund, so chip in now:
