Yesterday, we completed the candidate filing process. It’s official - I have a General Election opponent. My district is one of the closest in our State House and will determine whether we continue to maintain our now ONE SEAT control of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. The stakes are high for my community, all Pennsylvanians, and, really, all Americans given how critical Pennsylvania is in 2024:

we
continue
to
protect
abortion
rights
or
go
the
way
of
draconian
states
that
have
threatened
women’s
health
and
freedom?
*
Will
we
pass
gun-safety
legislation
or
go
the
way
of
states
that
ignore
and,
in-fact,
make
gun-violence
worse?
*
Will
we
fulfill
our
obligations
to
our
kids
and
fully
fund
public
education
or
decimate
our
schools?
*
And,
most
importantly,
will
Pennsylvania
conduct
a
free
and
fair
election
this
year
where
every
eligible
voter
has
access
to
the
ballot
box
and
our
election
results
are
respected
regardless
of
the
outcome
or
will
we
let
MAGA
Republicans
threaten
our
democracy
again?
