Tell Major Automakers: We ❤️ Electric Vehicles!
People across the country are falling in love with their electric vehicles (just ask the Sierra Club staffers we featured in a recent blog post about EV love stories). But major car manufacturers are failing to live up to the big promises they made to transition to electric cars and trucks – and every gas-powered car built this year ties us to decades more of oil consumption, vehicle pollution, and respiratory health risks.
Add your name to our petition demanding Toyota, Ford, and other automakers keep their promise to stop selling gas guzzling cars and trucks.

Tell Public Pensions to Break Up with Polluters
Managers of public pensions need to do much more to help tackle the climate crisis and reduce risks for the people who hold these pensions. Collectively, public pensions hold enormous voting power with corporations contributing to the climate crisis. They also have a major reason to vote for strong climate proposals: to provide secure retirements for decades to come, we’ll need to help protect the economy from climate chaos.Â
Take action: Send a message to your state’s public pension fund to vote for climate action.
