If you’re in the 140th House District:
- Get out and vote — find your polling place here! Remember: Polls are open today until 8 p.m. If you’re in line when the polls close, stay in line!
- If you still need to return your mail-in ballot, drop your ballot off at your county election board or at a drop box. Your county election board must receive your ballot by 8 p.m. today.
When Republicans were in charge in the State House, they were running a radical, extremist agenda. Not only did they not stand up for women's rights and our reproductive health, they failed to defend our democracy. These are the same Republicans that just a few years ago tried to throw our votes out in 2020!
We’re proud of the work we’ve done with our Democratic House under Joanna’s leadership, and we’re looking forward to expanding our narrow majority this November. But first, Democrats must win today’s majority-deciding special election to keep power away from extremist Republicans!
