Hi John,
Last week the Florida Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the abortion ballot measure in a jammed packed room with both support and opposition to the amendment. Chief Justice Carlos G. Muñiz said that he believes Florida voters would be able to understand the ballot question and that Floridians “aren't stupid and can figure things out”. Although the Court has until April 1st to make their ruling, at Ruth’s List we have continued to take action by recruiting, training, and electing Democratic pro-choice women into office.
