It was a heavy lift, but I’m proud to report that our remote outreach program is up and running!
When the CDC released their recommendations to reduce the spread of coronavirus, Brigid instructed us to re-tool our entire voter outreach program to be done remotely. It’s a difficult step for any campaign, but especially one that was so reliant on neighborhood canvassing and one-on-one conversations to share our message.
Here’s what we’re doing:
Our remote outreach efforts are extremely reliant on new software, data, and technical support to integrate our volunteers. It’s not an expense we were expecting, so we need this team to stay committed. Can we count on you to rush a grassroots contribution to get us through this weekend?
